01. Who handles your information

This notice describes the handling of inquiries directed to Yeilyn Caridad Rodríguez, a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate, license SL3662762, associated with the brokerage D'HOMES GROUP INC, license CQ1072806. It applies to this website and to Yeilyn’s communications or advertising forms that refer to this notice.

Information you later provide for a real estate transaction, credit application, or another professional’s services may be covered by additional notices and agreements.

02. Information received

• When you contact us by WhatsApp, email, or phone: the name and contact details you provide, the content of your conversation, and preferences you choose to share, such as buying, selling, or investing, preferred area, and timing.
• Inquiry form: it requests your name, whether you want to buy, sell, or invest, and an optional message. Your entries stay in the browser until you press “Continue in WhatsApp.” That button opens a link containing the text and shares it with WhatsApp to prepare a draft. Yeilyn receives it when you send it within WhatsApp. This website’s code does not save drafts in a database or deliver them to a CRM. Your browser may manage its own autofill and history.
• When you browse: the hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP address, browser, access times, and records needed for operation, security, and authentication. Private access to this preview is managed by the hosting platform.

This page does not request Social Security numbers, passwords, identity documents, or bank details. Please do not include them in an initial inquiry.

03. How information is used

Information you send through a contact channel is used to respond to your inquiry, understand whether you wish to buy, sell, or invest, share requested information, and arrange a conversation or visit. Communications may also need to be kept to manage the professional relationship, handle privacy requests, or meet legal obligations.

Reading this notice, browsing the website, or preparing an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or authorize automated calls or messages. If a promotional subscription or contact requiring specific consent is offered, that permission must be requested separately. You may ask us to stop following up on your inquiry.

04. Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp

If you choose to submit a form in a Yeilyn advertisement on Instagram or Facebook that links to this notice, Meta collects the fields you see and choose to submit—such as your name, email, phone number, and interest in buying, selling, or investing—and provides them to the advertiser to address that request. Meta also processes that information under its own policy. Review the fields and permissions before submitting them.

This version of the website has no connected CRM, Meta Pixel, or Conversions API. It does not automatically import information from Meta forms. The providers and practices described here will need to be updated if those connections are added.

Opening WhatsApp takes you away from this website and shares the text in the link with that service, even if you do not send the message to Yeilyn. The link prepares a draft, but you decide whether to send it to the recipient. Your use of WhatsApp and Meta is subject to their respective notices: WhatsApp privacy policy and Meta privacy policy.

05. Sharing and service providers

Depending on the channel you use, your communications may be processed by Yeilyn, by D'HOMES GROUP INC when necessary to address your request, and by the providers that transmit or host those communications. The published email address uses Microsoft’s Hotmail/Outlook service; WhatsApp and Instagram or Facebook forms use Meta services. The website is hosted by Hostinger at yeilynhomes.com.

This website includes no mechanism to sell visitors’ information and does not send inquiries through a Pixel, Conversions API, or advertising lists. The form does share the draft with WhatsApp when you press the indicated button. Sharing information with other professionals to assist you must be consistent with your request, applicable notices, and the law. Information may also be disclosed when required by a legal obligation or a valid request from an authority.

External services may process information in the United States and other countries. Their own practices are described in their notices, including those of Microsoft and Hostinger.

06. Cookies, measurement, and saved properties

This website’s code does not install advertising cookies, analytics tools, or tracking pixels. It stores only the identifiers of properties you choose to save in this browser’s local storage. Those choices are not sent to Yeilyn and remain until you remove them or clear the site’s data. Preferences are not automatically shared between devices.

The hosting provider may maintain its own technical logs to operate and protect the service. The absence of page-level trackers therefore does not mean that the hosting service processes no information.

07. How long information is kept

This website does not keep a database of form drafts. Communications you send through WhatsApp, email, or phone will be kept for as long as needed to address your request, manage a professional relationship, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. A deletion request may be limited by those obligations or the need to address a claim.

Copies or records kept by Meta, Microsoft, or the hosting provider are also governed by their policies. You can ask about the handling of your communications through the privacy contact on this page.

08. Requests and opting out

You may ask for information about data from your inquiries, request correction or deletion, or tell us you do not want further follow-up. Write to the privacy contact with the subject “Privacy” or “Unsubscribe,” or let us know through the channel used to contact you. You do not need to send sensitive documents to initiate a request.

To protect your information, proportionate identity verification may be needed. Requests will be handled under applicable law and recordkeeping obligations. Specific rights and deadlines depend on your residence and the laws that apply; this notice does not limit rights granted to you by law.

Requests concerning information that Meta or another provider processes independently should also be addressed to that provider. Clearing saved properties from your browser does not delete messages you have sent by WhatsApp or email.

09. Security and unnecessary information

The published website uses HTTPS. However, no transmission or storage system guarantees absolute security. Avoid including financial or medical information, passwords, or personal documents in initial messages. If a transaction requires documentation, first arrange an appropriate channel with the relevant professional.

This website is not directed to children under 13 and does not intentionally request their information. If a child’s information or sensitive information has been sent by mistake, notify the privacy contact so its handling can be reviewed.

10. Changes and scope

Updates will be posted on this page with a new date. If the use of information changes materially, any required additional notice or consent will be provided before the new processing takes place.
